HUMA
So now it is time to present Huma, the Brian, Laura and Jess super cutie trio from New Brunswick, NJ. Bursting at the seams with fuzzy melodies and sugary sweet hooks, one shouldn't be surprised if they find themselves filled with the overwhelming sensation to tap their feet and sing along. Drawing their influences from all over the spectrum, Huma combines innovative electronic beats with lush keyboard atmospheres and savvy guitars to create a unique blend of indie-pop music. While comparable sounds can be found in the music of Stars, The Postal Service, and The Magnetic Fields, Huma keeps things very much their own. Though they have only been playing for little over a year now, Huma has been asked to record their first album for Tuxedo Park Records. Expect to find their debut album in stores later this fall, and their smiling faces performing in a town near you (just ask us)! |
