SLIPPERY WHEN WET (NJ) is made up of five talented, well seasoned musicians who have extensive performing and recording experience. SLIPPERY WHEN WET (NJ)has toured the USA and the Caribbean since 2001 and performed over 350 shows ranging from Clubs to large venues, corporate events and casino’s. These performances include HARD ROCK CAFÉ’ (SANTA DOMINGO DR, OLD SAN JUAN PR), BB KING'S NYC, FANTASY SPRINGS CA, STARLAND BALLROOM, BAKER THEATER, STATE FAIR MEADOWLANDS....and the list goes on.
SLIPPERY WHEN WET (NJ) has been perfecting their craft for over eight years and counting. Mike Parkes has an uncanny resemblance to a young JON BON JOVI - right down to the wardrobe. His vocal range nails any of the highest notes. This combined with Radicci’s blazing guitars hitting all the solos note for note, as on the albums. This backed up with a rock solid rhythm section with Tommy John on drums, Ronnie Parkes on bass and Sean Faust on keyboards. With amazing backing vocals, SLIPPERY WHEN WET (NJ) is unmatched.
These born and raised Jersey boys are the only band to capture the look, sound, and energy of the 80’s performances. There is simply no comparison . At a SLIPPERY WHEN WET (NJ) performance the audience is transported back to the 80’s when hair was big, outfits were loud, and the music was even louder. There is enough energy to propel the entire venue into delirium with hands in the air singing along with the band.
