MARTY MCKERNAN THE ONE MAN BAND
I have been performing as a one man band act as a solo act or with some other performers. I'll play the bass keyboard with my right foot and percussion (high hat) with my left foot while I am playing the guitar and singing (or playing the harmonica). I have been doing this musical multi-tasking since the seventies (during that time I was in a two man band called the "Moonshine Mountain Boys"). I do a few different genres of music. Since I am from Irish heritage, I do a lot of Irish music. I also do bluegrass, country, blues, and rock. |
